Welcome to PolyFix Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, estimates, or communication channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or scheduling any service.


1. General Information

PolyFix Inc. provides polyurethane concrete lifting, leveling, soil stabilization, and related services throughout Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties. Our goal is to deliver fast, clean, and reliable results for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.

By using our website or requesting an estimate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.


2. Estimates & Project Scheduling

  • All estimates provided by PolyFix Inc. are free and typically do not require the homeowner to be present, unless project access is restricted.
  • Estimates may be delivered in person, by phone, or via virtual submissions with customer-provided photos.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
  • Project dates are based on weather, material availability, and schedule openings.
  • PolyFix Inc. reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe working conditions or severe weather.

3. Scope of Work

Our work includes concrete lifting, leveling, void filling, soil stabilization, and seawall repair using polyurethane foam.
All work will be completed according to the project description provided in your proposal.

Items NOT included unless clearly listed in writing:

  • Joint sealing
  • Concrete sealing
  • Crack repair beyond our injection holes
  • Structural foundation repair
  • Landscaping adjustments
  • Plumbing or drainage modifications

Referrals may be provided for services we do not directly offer.


4. Warranty

PolyFix Inc. offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on residential and commercial polyurethane concrete lifting and soil stabilization services.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Settling that reoccurs within the covered area originally lifted
  • Material or installation issues that directly relate to our work

Warranty does not cover:

  • New voids caused by drainage issues, leaking plumbing, irrigation problems, or soil erosion
  • Damage caused by landscaping, heavy equipment, or improper water management
  • Areas not listed in the original estimate
  • Concrete cracking before, during, or after lifting (lifting may reveal pre-existing stress fractures)
  • Changes in soil conditions due to flooding, erosion, tree roots, or weather extremes

Proper downspout and water management is required to maintain warranty coverage.
PolyFix Inc. will evaluate all warranty claims and determine appropriate corrective actions.


5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards
  • Checks
  • Zelle

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Suspension of warranty
  • Collections action

Returned checks will include an additional service fee.


6. Website Use & Content

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, logos, and videos — is the property of PolyFix Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reproduce website content
  • Misuse forms or communication tools
  • Engage in conduct that interferes with website functionality

7. Liability Disclaimer

PolyFix Inc. is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues with concrete, soil, or drainage
  • Damage caused by factors outside our control (weather, erosion, tree roots, plumbing failures, etc.)
  • Concrete cracking due to lifting or soil movement
  • Damage to underground utilities not properly marked
  • Any loss of use or business interruption caused by pre-existing conditions

We are not responsible for issues that arise from customer refusal to correct drainage, erosion, or water problems that contribute to slab movement.


8. Access to Work Areas

Clients must ensure clear access to all areas that require service.
This includes removal of vehicles, equipment, storage items, or other obstructions before the scheduled appointment.

If access is restricted, PolyFix Inc. may reschedule the job.


9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or repeated rescheduling may incur a service fee.


10. Changes to This Agreement

PolyFix Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
