Concrete sinks when the soil underneath becomes weak or uneven. In North Texas, the biggest causes are shrinking clay soil, erosion from rain, poor compaction when the concrete was poured, plumbing leaks, and heavy traffic vibration. When soil moves, gaps form under the slab and the concrete settles.
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, pool decks, porches, and steps are the most common. Commercial properties often see settlement under parking slabs, entries, warehouse floors, and loading docks.
Yes — and usually faster than people expect. Once soil movement begins, slabs can keep sinking, cracking, shifting, and creating safety hazards. Waiting often makes the repair more expensive.
Yes. Hairline and moderate cracks are normal and can be lifted. If the slab is shattered into multiple pieces or missing large chunks, replacement may be the better option. We will always be honest about which solution makes sense.
We drill small ⅝” holes, inject high-density expanding foam under the slab, fill empty voids, compress loose soil, and gently lift the concrete back to level. We patch the holes after the work is done. Most slabs are ready to use shortly after leveling.
Yes. Poly foam concrete lifting is cleaner, faster, lighter, longer-lasting, and better for Texas soil. It doesn’t wash out, won’t shrink, and requires much smaller holes. It’s also ready to use almost immediately. That’s why we trust poly leveling over mudjacking.
Most residential jobs take 1–2 hours. Larger patios, pool decks, and commercial slabs may take longer — but it’s still much faster and cleaner than replacing concrete.
Yes. Our polyurethane lifting material contains 40%+ renewable and recycled content and does not contaminate soil or water. It is engineered for lifting, stabilizing, and long-term support.
Most of the time, yes. Poly foam concrete leveling can save you 50-70% compared to tearing out and replacing concrete — and avoids the mess, downtime, and landscaping damage of replacement.

Most surfaces are ready to use same day! There is no long cure time like traditional concrete replacement.
We patch the small ⅝” holes with fresh cement. They blend in naturally over time, but they may be slightly visible on brand-new or decorative concrete.
In many cases, yes. Raising settled slabs often restores the proper slope so water flows away instead of pooling next to your home or garage.
Yes. Polyurethane foam is excellent for filling voids caused by erosion, plumbing leaks, soil collapse, or washout behind retaining walls and seawalls.
Deep Foamjection is a soil stabilization method where expanding foam is injected deeper below the slab to improve weak soil layers. It’s ideal for major settlement, clay soil movement, and heavy-load areas.
Yes. We use a hydrophobic foam that cures even in water. It fills voids, seals cracks, strengthens the soil, and restores support behind seawalls and retaining walls.
We provide a 2-year limited warranty on concrete lifting. If your slab settles again within the warranty period (and site conditions are properly maintained), we will return to evaluate and address the issue.
