Concrete Leveling Process
Fast. Clean. Precise. Ready to Use Right Away.
At PolyFix Inc., we make the concrete lifting process simple. Whether it’s a driveway, sidewalk, patio, pool deck, garage floor, or commercial slab, our polyurethane foam repairs and stabilizes concrete quickly — without the mess, cost, or downtime of replacement.
Here’s exactly how our process works from start to finish.
Our 3-Step Polyurethane Foam Lifting Process
1. Drill — Small & Clean ⅝” Holes
We begin by drilling small injection holes — about the size of a dime — in the sunken area. These holes are strategically placed to target voids and raise the slab evenly.
- No large equipment
- No damage to landscaping
- Minimal disruption
This step takes only a few minutes.
2. Pump — Inject High-Density Poly Foam
Next, we insert our injection ports and pump high-density expanding foam beneath the slab.
As the foam expands, it:
- Fills empty voids
- Compacts weakened soil
- Lifts the concrete back to its proper height
- Stabilizes the ground to help prevent future settling
We lift slowly and carefully to ensure perfect alignment.
Our poly foam contains 40%+ recycled and renewable materials — making it an eco-friendly choice for Texas homeowners.
3. Patch — Clean Finish & Ready to Use
Once the slab is leveled:
- We remove the injection ports
- Patch the ⅝” holes with cement
- Clean up the work area
- Verify alignment with you before finishing
Your concrete is typically ready to use shortly after leveling. No long wait times. No curing. No blocked-off areas.

Every poly eveling project comes with a 2-year warranty. If the slab settles again within the warranty period (and site conditions are maintained), we’ll return and address it.
